Terms of service
The rules of the course, in brief
Agenticodice is a free course with an optional account area. These terms set out what we offer you, what we ask of you and what happens with the certification and the credentials. They are written to be read, not to be long.
Version dated 15 August 2026 · Data controller: Giuseppe Citerna · giuseppe.citerna@gmail.com
1. The service
agenticodice.com offers an online course on coding agents, an initial test (Diagnostic), a three-level certification and a verifiable credential. The course is free and most of the content can be read without an account; the account is used to save your progress, take the certification and receive the credential. The service is provided by Giuseppe Citerna (giuseppe.citerna@gmail.com).
2. The account
- The service is intended for adults. One account per person, in your own real name: it is the name that will appear on the credential.
- Full access upon approval. After email confirmation, the account immediately gives you the opening lessons, the tools, the deep dives, the Diagnostic and progress saving; the other lessons, the practice and the certification open when the data controller approves the request, evaluating the declared professional profile — normally within 2 business days. You will receive an email with the outcome; a request that is not approved can be reconsidered by writing to the data controller.
- Your login credentials are personal: do not share them. You are responsible for what happens with your account until you report unauthorized access to us.
- You can delete your account at any time from
/my/profilo; what gets deleted is set out in the privacy notice.
3. Permitted use
You may use the course to study, including in a professional setting, and share its links. It is not permitted: to circumvent the protections on restricted content or on the certification, to take the test on behalf of others or have others take it for you (people or automated systems), to bulk-extract the content, to overload or attack the service, to use the account for unlawful activities. In case of abuse we may suspend or close the account and revoke the credentials obtained through the abuse, notifying you.
4. Content and intellectual property
The texts, exercises and tools of the course belong to Giuseppe Citerna and are made available for personal and educational use. Third-party product names, trademarks and documentation cited in the course belong to their respective owners and are cited for teaching purposes, with sources indicated.
5. Certification and credentials
- The certification is a multiple-choice test graded automatically according to rules declared before the test, the same for everyone and with no artificial intelligence models. You can retry it without limit; the questions are sampled so that the same test is not repeated.
- The credential attests the level reached on the date of issue and is issued in the name shown on the profile at that time: a name changed later does not update a credential already issued.
- The public credential verification page exists only if you turn it on, and you can turn it off whenever you want.
- The credential is not an academic qualification or a professional certification recognized by third-party bodies: it is the verifiable attestation of a test passed on this course.
6. Availability, changes, warranties
The service is free and is offered "as is": we do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee continuity or the absence of errors, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue it. Should the service close, we will let you know with reasonable notice. The course is for educational purposes: it is not advice, and the decisions you make on the basis of its content remain yours. To the extent permitted by law, the data controller's liability for the use of a free service is excluded, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence and without prejudice to the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
7. Changes to these terms
If they change, the new version will have a new date and you will find it at this address; substantial changes will be flagged to you in your account area. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with those who use the service as consumers, the court of the place where the consumer resides or is domiciled has jurisdiction. Before anything else, write to us: almost everything can be settled with an email.
